ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated: 21.10.2026

Our commitment to accessibility

Cheltenham Shooting is committed to making this website as accessible and easy to use as reasonably possible.

We want everyone to be able to find information about our clay pigeon shooting sessions, lessons, gift vouchers and safety information, and to contact us about bookings and enquiries.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website.

Accessibility standards

We aim to follow recognised accessibility best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

We do not currently claim that every part of the website fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Some parts of the website use functionality, content or services provided by third parties, including Wix, which may affect accessibility.

We will continue to review the website and make improvements where reasonably possible.

How we aim to make the website accessible

We aim to make our website:

• usable with a keyboard wherever possible

• compatible with commonly used screen readers and assistive technologies

• easy to navigate and understand

• structured using appropriate headings

• clear about links, buttons and form fields

• usable on mobile phones, tablets and computers

• readable when text is enlarged

• designed with appropriate colour contrast

• supported by alternative text for informative images where appropriate

• free from unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content

• clear and consistent in its navigation

Images and photographs

The website contains photographs, logos, graphics and other images relating to clay pigeon shooting and our services.

Where an image conveys important information, we aim to provide suitable alternative text.

Some photographs are primarily decorative or promotional. Where an image does not add meaningful information to the surrounding content, alternative text may not be necessary.

If you need information from an image that you cannot access, please contact us and we will do our best to provide the information in another way.

Booking and contact forms

Our website provides ways for visitors to contact us about lessons, shooting sessions, gift vouchers and other enquiries. The contact form asks for information including your name, email address and, optionally, your telephone number. CCheltenham Shooting

We aim to ensure that our forms have clear labels and instructions and can be used with assistive technologies.

If you have difficulty completing a form, please contact us directly using the details below.

Gift vouchers and purchases

Information about our gift vouchers and the available purchasing options is provided on the website. CCheltenham Shooting

If you experience difficulty accessing information about a voucher or completing a purchase, please contact us and we will try to provide the information or assistance you need.

Safety information

We provide information about our sessions and safety requirements on the website.

Because safety information is particularly important, if you are unable to access any safety-related information on the website, please contact us before attending a session so that we can provide the relevant information in an accessible format or another suitable way.

Keyboard and assistive technology

We aim for the main functions of the website to be usable without requiring a mouse.

We also aim to make the website compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers.

Some third-party website features may not behave in exactly the same way with every assistive technology.

Third-party services

This website is built using Wix.

Some elements of the website, including forms, navigation, booking or purchasing functionality and other technical features, may be provided or supported by Wix or other third-party services.

Although we aim to configure our website with accessibility in mind, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of every third-party service.

Known accessibility issues

We are continually reviewing the website for accessibility issues.

Current status: We have not undertaken a formal independent accessibility audit of this website.

As a result, we cannot currently guarantee that every page or feature meets every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion.

If you encounter an accessibility problem, please let us know so that we can investigate it and, where reasonably possible, make improvements.

Feedback

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our website.

If you experience difficulty accessing any information or using any feature, please contact us:

Email: CheltenhamShooting@Gmail.com

Telephone: +44 7867 806513

When contacting us about an accessibility issue, it is helpful if you can tell us:

• the page you were trying to access

• what you were trying to do

• what problem you experienced

• what device and browser you were using, if known

• whether you were using assistive technology, if relevant

You do not need to provide all of this information to contact us.

Alternative ways to access information

If you cannot access information on the website because of an accessibility problem, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another suitable format or explain the information to you another way.

Reviewing this statement

We will review this Accessibility Statement periodically and when significant changes are made to the website.
