We offer Digital E-Vouchers  or Physical Vouchers of a monetary value you choose or our 25/50 Clay & Target  Packages for beginners (to see our session types click here).

The beginner Taster Session vouchers comes with everything needed for a safe and fun day — safety equipment, clays, cartridges, and professional guidance, no experience necessary.

Just let us know which package you'd like to purchase for that special someone.

Vouchers are available in three ways:

1. Physical Voucher posted for an additional £1.50 towards postage

2. Electronic copy of the Voucher sent over to you for you to print yourself or forward to the recipient

3. Physical Voucher collected in person or dropped off locally.

Cheltenham Shooting Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Voucher Validity

  • All Cheltenham Shooting gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Vouchers must only be used once of which our records keep note of.

Booking & Redemption

  • Vouchers must be booked in advance by contacting Cheltenham Shooting via email, text or phone.

  • Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Transfer & Use

  • Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another individual - even if the voucher specifically states one individuals name.

  • Only one voucher may be used per session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cheltenham Shooting reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather). In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.

  • No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Safety & Participation

  • All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the instructor.

  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Cheltenham Shooting reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is deemed unsafe or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Liability

  • Cheltenham Shooting accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury during a session, except where caused by negligence.

  • By redeeming a voucher, participants agree to comply with all safety rules and instructions.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Amendments

  • Cheltenham Shooting reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
